NOTE: I’m making a series of blogs narrating the events last year that led to our wedding on December 22, 2007. I’m making this to share to others and for me and my wife to always remember how we became hitched to each other. This is the eight blog in the series.
Since it is Christmas season when we married, we decided to spend our honeymoon with/near our families.
We were supposed to spend our first night as married couple at the place of the reception (El Manuel Hotel and Convention Center) but due to a misunderstanding with a hotel officer, we decided to just go home to my wife’s place.
Our Christmas noche buena was spent with Wendy’s family and relatives at Gen. Santos City. On Christmas day, we traveled to Brgy. Gumasa, Glan, Sarangani to visit their white-sand beaches there. We stayed at Rosal Beach Resort.
Here are some pictures taken…
…just goofing around…

…Wendy and her sisters…

On December 26, we went to Davao City to tour Wendy’s relatives from Pangasinan. I and Wendy stayed at Marco Polo Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days as a wedding gift from our Ninong Boyet.

Here are our moments together…

We went home to my residence at Kabacan on December 30 and welcomed the New Year there.

We still plan to go spend our honeymoon somewhere else (like Hongkong) but at a later date (when time and money are not big factors).

Dahan-dahan na atang pinopromote ng glan ung mga beaches nila. Magaganda naman talaga kaya I’m sure may pag-asa na maging sikat ito.
