The accolades being thrown Manny Pacquiao’s way just keep coming.

After beating Ricky Hatton via a 2nd round knockout last May 3, he was included in Time Magazine’s Top  100 Most Influential People List. His status as the most famous Filipino in the world today is further cemented when the boxing icon also made it to the Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list.

The Forbes magazine is one of the most famous business magazines in the world and is well-known for its lists. Its Celebrity 100 is its annual list of famous and financially influential celebrities in the field of entertainment and sports. For this year’s edition, Pacman was ranked 57th in the list topped by Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie. Talk-show host Oprah Winfrey was knocked-off the top spot he held for two consecutive years.

Each celebrity was ranked according to his earnings and exposure in the internet, print and television.

As a basketball fanatic, I checked who among the ballers made it. They are Kobe Bryant (10th), Michael Jordan (18th), reigning NBA MVP LeBron James (19th) and Kevin Garnett (62nd).  My Supermen Shaq and Dwight failed to make it.
