So when the latest version 3.5 codenamed Shiretoko was released last month, I immediately upgraded to it.

However, it is still far from perfect. When my firefox browser crashed for some unknown reason, I restarted it and this screenshot below greeted me (click to enlarge):

Category: MMA

In the third card of UFC 100, American Dan “Hendo” Henderson met British Michael “The Count” Bisping in a welterweight division bout between the opposing coaches on the ninth season of The Ultimate Fighter titled “The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom”.

It was scheduled last July 11, 2009 (July 12, Sunday here in the Philippines) at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC 100 Video | Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir

Category: MMA

The biggest event in MMA history, UFC 100 was scheduled last July 11, 2009 (July 12, Sunday here in the Philippines) at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The main event featured a rematch between UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar, and UFC Interim-Heavyweight Champion, Frank Mir for a title unification bout.

The two fighters spent most of Round 1 on the ground. It was a slow-paced fight booed by fans. Brock Lesnar was busier punching Frank Mir while mounting the guy. Mir’s face had already swollen from that. In Round 2, Lesnar just threw Mir to the ground but allowed him to stand up. Mir attempted a guillotine choke but was brought down to the ground again. It was the beginning of the end as Lesnar again had the side-mount and unleashed a barrage of right punches. Man, those hands were so huge. The referee stopped the fight. Brock Lesnar won by TKO in the 2nd Round! My fight result prediction was right on target.
