At the end of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights Episode 2, coach Rashad Evans of Team Rashad announced that the next fight will be between Kevin Ferguson AKA Kimbo Slice and Roy “The Big Country” Nelson.

This early, the match is being hyped as “The Biggest Fight in Ultimate Fighter History”. Well, Kimbo Slice is easily one of the most famous MMA fighters today becoming a YouTube sensation when his unsanctioned street fights against several brawlers were videod and plastered all over YouTube; while Roy Nelson is a former International Fight League World Grand Prix heavyweight champion and is the favorite to win TUF: Heavyweights.

Add this to the fact that due to Kimbo’s presence in the show, a record 4 million viewers tuned in for the season premier last September 16, 2009. Kimbo’s win over James Thompson at EliteXC: Primetime on May 31, 2008 was also the most-watched MMA fight in American history, with more than 7 million viewers.
