Mike Brown lost his WEC featherweight championship belt when he was overwhelmed by Jose Aldo’s speed at WEC 44. It also ended his 10-fight winning streak and rankings as the #1 featherweight fighter in the world and #5 pound-for-pound fighter in the world by Sherdog.

In the undercard of WEC 46: Varner vs Henderson, Brown attempts to ride on a comeback trail; and it starts with Anthony “Mean Machine” Morrison.

Morrison is a WEC neophyte and will have his hands full in his first fight against Brown.
