The first episode of 24 left us with Davros firing a rocket on a CTU chopper while Jack and Cole were discussing.

A former informant named Victor under their custody was critically hit and Jack demanded that he give up his information about the Hassan plot. All he can get out before dying is that someone “on the inside, close to Hasan” is responsible.

24 Season 8 Episode 2 took place at 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Episode plot:

While the real mole remains free to threaten Hassan, reporter Meredith Reed is framed and arrested by CTU. Chloe believes in her innocence, and appeals to Jack to help her find the real mole. Meanwhile, CTU analyst Dana Walsh receives a call from a man from her past that threatens her future.
