Super Bowl XLIV (44) is the championship game for the National Football League’s (NFL) 2009 season.

It will pit the Indianapolis Colts vs the New Orleans Saints; the American Football Conference (AFC) champion and National Football Conference (NFC) champion respectively.

It will be the first time since Super Bowl XXVIII that both number one seeds will face each other in the Super Bowl. It also marks the first time that two teams who play in an indoor stadium will play each other in a Super Bowl.

Super Bowl XLIV (44) will be held at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, USA on February 7, 2010. This marks the tenth time a Super Bowl will have been played in the South Florida metropolitan area; five times the game has been held at Sun Life Stadium.

UPDATE: The streams are already OFFLINE.The New Orleans Saints defeated the Indianapolis Colts by a score of 31–17, earning their first Super Bowl win. Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees, who completed 32 of 39 passes for 288 yards and two touchdowns, was named the Super Bowl MVP. His 32 completions tied a Super Bowl record set by Tom Brady in Super Bowl XXXVIII.
