UFC Fight Night 21 is the third UFC event in just 2 weeks following UFC Live: Vera vs Jones on Versus and UFC 111: St-Pierre vs Hardy.

But who’s complaining?

On March 31, 2010 at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kenny “Ken-Flo” Florian and Takanori “Fireball Kid” Gomi will clash in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 21: Florian vs. Gomi.

This will be the third time the UFC has held an event in Charlotte, but the first since UFC 5; hence the heading: UFC Returns to North Carolina.

Florian returns to the Octagon after nailing Clay “The Carpenter” Guida at UFC 107. On the other hand, this is Gomi’s UFC debut.

In the co-main event, The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights winner Roy “The Big Country” Nelson makes his second UFC appearance after his knockout of Brendan “The Hybrid” Schaub in the TUF 10 Finale. He will face “The Skyscraper” Struve.
