UFC 112: Invincible featured two UFC champions defending their respective championship belts in the first-ever UFC event held outdoors and first to be held in  the United Arab Emirates.

The event was scheduled for April 10, 2010 at the Concert Arena, Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
