UFC 112: Invincible will be held this Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Concert Arena, Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

* Lightweight Championship bout: B.J. Penn (c) vs. Frankie Edgar – Frankie Edgar defeats BJ Penn by unanimous decision to become the new UFC lightweight champion of the world
* Welterweight bout: Matt Hughes vs. Renzo Gracie – Hughes defeated Gracie via TKO at Round 3
* Lightweight bout: Terry Etim vs. Rafael dos Anjos – dos Anjos defeated Etim via Submission (Armbar) at 4:40 of Round 2
* Middleweight bout: Kendall Grove vs. Mark Munoz - Mark Munoz def. Kendall Grove by second-round TKO Round 2, 2:50
