The way Glen Davis was getting up, he looked like just a ‘Big Baby’ trying his first time on how to stand up.
After being inadvertently smacked by Dwight Howard’s elbow in the face in the 3rd quarter of Game 5 of the Magic vs Celtics series, Davis was knocked down to the floor.
In a surreal moment, the Boston Celtics center slowly got up on the floor clearly dazed. He then wobbled his way to midcourt before referee Joey Crawford held on to him as he seemed destined to fall again.
Check out the video below. Davis surely looked like he was just knocked down by Mike Tyson!
He was diagnosed with a concussion and did not return in the game.
Celtics coach Doc Rivers said Davis “blacked out” on the court, and the training staff will examine the forward Thursday.
“I don’t know what kind of tests they’re going to do with Baby. He’s a little delirious anyway”
Dwight Howard has nothing to say.
Maybe it was his way of telling Glen Davis to keep his tongue to himself.
