TUF 11 Episode 11: A Will to Win

The Ultimate Fighter Season 11 Episode 11

Yes, that’s former UFC Light Heavyweight Champ Forrest Griffin. Behind him is undefeated fighter Gray Maynard. Along with Tyson Griffin, they come in as the assistant coaches for Rich Franklin.

If you missed the previous episode, Dana White fired Team Punishment coach Tito Ortiz from the show when Tito says he can’t fight Team Liddell coach Chuck no more due to a neck injury that requires immediate surgery.

Rich was called in as a replacement coach and fighter against Chuck in the main event for the UFC 115 fight card.

Since this is the first time that this has happened in the show, Dana says he “overcompensated” by bringing in former TUF season 7 coach Forrest Griffin, Gray Maynard (who also worked as an assistant wrestling coach for Forrest that season) and Tyson Griffin (no he’s not Forrest’ brother).

Forrest had already faced Tito in the Octagon with the most recent in the main event of UFC 106.

In The Ultimate Fighter Season 11 Episode 11, we will see the semifinal matches:

Brad Tavares vs Court McGee

Josh Bryant vs Kris McCray

Who among them has the strongest will to win?
