In the undercard for UFC 116: Lesnar vs Carwin held on July 3, 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, Chris “The Crippler” Leben and Yoshihiro “Sexyama” Akiyama were involved in a Fight of the Night bout that had each fighter throwing a flurry of punches at each other when they were standing and attempting several submissions when they were on the ground.
