UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva returns to the Octagon to defend his title on August 7, 2010.

LIVE from Oracle Arena in Oakland, California, USA, “The Spider” will headline UFC 117: Silva vs Sonnen where he will be facing Chael Sonnen.

In the co-main event, former UFC welterweight champion Matt Hughes returns after defeating Renzo Gracie at UFC 112: Invincible.
