Two world champions in their own rights battle it out in the undercard for the Marquez vs Diaz 2 rematch on July 31, 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Three-time world champion Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero and four-time world champion Joel “El Cepillo” Casamayor meets in a non-title bout in the Light Welterweight limit.

American Robert Guerrero (26-1, 18 KOs) is the former IBF Super Featherweight champion and a former two-time IBF featherweight champion of the world. He vacated the IBF Super Featherweight champion due to his wife’s battle with leukemia. He now returns to the sport hoping to become a champion once again.

Cuban Joel Casamayor (37-4, 22 KOs) is widely considered the best boxer from his country of this era. He is a former Olympic gold medalist and is hoping to win a fifth world championship in a third weight class before he hangs his gloves up for good.
