StarCraft II Cheat Codes: God Mode

Now that StarCraft 2 has been released, you have already downloaded your copy and have met the system requirements needed to run the game, it’s game time!

Of course, what fun it is to play StarCraft 2 without entering the cheats from time to time.

Be warned though, achievements are turned off as soon as you use a cheat code.

Unfortunately, all the StarCraft 2 cheats peddled all over the web now are actually cheats for the original StarCraft: Brood Wars and it expansion.

I searched hard and managed to finally get one legitimate cheat code.

This only works in Single Player campaigns.

ACTION: During the game, press ENTER to bring up the console. Type “terribleterribledamage”. Press ENTER to activate cheat code.

EFFECT: GOD Mode baby! Your units are now invulnerable.

The cheat code is a nod to Dustin Browder who frequently uses the phrase “terrible terrible damage” in battle reports and exhibition matches. Browder is Blizzard Entertainment’s Senior Designer.

    whysoserious – Gives 5000k credits in the single player campaign
    tyuhasleftthegame – Disable victory conditions
    jaynestown – Gives you terrazine
    realmendrilldeep – Gives 5000 gas

    It doesn’t just make them invulnerable. It causes units to do massive damage. I find it annoying. I’d like a cheat that makes units just invulnerable without making one marine capable of destroying a whole enemy base in 10 seconds
