Top junior welterweight contender Victor Ortiz will square off against one of the hardest punchers in the junior welterweight division, former world champion Vivian Harris.

Their matchup will be one of the featured undercard bouts in the “200: Celebrate and Dominate” boxing event featuring Shane Mosley and Sergio Mora on September 18, 2010.

American/Mexican Victor “Vicious” Ortiz (26 wins – 2 losses – 1 draw, 21 KOs) was named 2008 ESPN Prospect of the Year.

In his last fight, Ortiz was victorious in a unanimous decision victory over Nate Campbell on May 15 at Madison Square Garden on the undercard of Khan vs Malignaggi bout

Guyanese Vivian “Vicious” Harris (29 wins – 4 losses – 1 draw, 19 KOs) is the former WBC and WBA Light Welterweight Champion.

His last fight was against Lucas Martin Matthysse, which he lost by stoppage in just four rounds.
