Why are The Flintstones on Google?
That’s what you might ask if you happen to visit Google’s home page today. Its logo is replaced by a doodle of characters from the animated TV show, The Flintstones.
You will find the answer if you hover your mouse over it. It says, 50th Anniversary of the Flintstones.
The Flintstones first appeared on ABC on September 30, 2010 and ran up to April 1, 1966.
It was created by the tandem of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera and produced under their Hanna-Barbera Productions; which became the most successful television animation studio in the business, producing other programs such as The Huckleberry Hound Show, The Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, The Smurfs, and Yogi Bear
