At the main event of UFC 121, Cain Velasquez looks to become the first Mexican heavyweight champion.

LIVE from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, USA this October 23, 2010, he will have to face current champion Brock Lesnar inside the Octagon.

In the co-main event, former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Jake Shields makes his UFC debut opposite Martin Kampmann.
