RED has a new meaning: retired, extremely dangerous.

After teaming up with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the box-office hit movie The Expendables, Bruce Willis returns to the big screen with a new set of ensemble cast.

This time, he has Morgan Freeman and John Malkovich by his side in an action-comedy film based on the comic book limited series Red published by the DC Comics imprint Homage.

The three are former CIA black-ops agents who have already retired but assembles once again after a threat to Willis comes up. And yes, after all these years, they are still extremely dangerous.

Bruce Willis stars as Frank Moses, Morgan Freeman as Joe and John Malkovich as Marvin. Helen Mirren as Victoria packs quite a gun as well.

Red is the story of Frank Moses (Willis), a former black-ops CIA  agent, who is now living a quiet life. That is, until the day a hi-tech assassin shows up intent on killing him. With his identity compromised and the life of the woman he cares for, Sarah (Parker), endangered, Frank reassembles his old team (Freeman, Malkovich and Mirren) in a last ditch effort to survive.

Red is directed by Robert Schwentke and produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura for a budget of $60 million.
