.....

The Boston Celtics lost a grueling seven-game 2010 NBA Finals series against old rivals LA Lakers in a rematch of their 2008 meeting.

It can be argued that Celtics center Kendrick Perkins’ injury in Game 6 swung the Finals in the Lakers’ favor as no one was able to contain their frontcourt of Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum and Lamar Odom in the Game 7 clincher.

So in the Summer of Lebron, Boston decided to sign two O’Neals: Shaq “The Big Shamrock” and Jermaine to provide support to Kevin Garnett and Glen “Big Baby” Davis in the front court as Perkins is expected to come back this February 2011.

With Shaq’s addition, the team now has four future Hall-of-Famers in its roster with Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen. Emerging superstar Rajon Rondo completes the team’s starting five unit.

With that dream lineup rivaled only by the Miami Thrice, can the Celtics win Banner 18?

Will Shaq be able to fill all of his fingers in one hand with a championship ring before he retires?
