In a game against the Denver Nuggets today, Amare Stoudemire sets a franchise record for the New York Knicks with his eight consecutive 30-point game.
The previous Knicks’ record of seven straight 30-point games was set by Willie Naulls in 1962. During his eight-game run Stoudemire is averaging an insane 33.9 points on .584 shooting.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship capped another great year with UFC 124 setting a North American MMA record 23,152 attendees for a live gate of $4.586 million.
The event featured a rematch between UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and Josh Koscheck on December 11, 2010 at Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Seeking out to prove that mixed-martial arts is now bigger (and more profitable) than boxing, the UFC has laid out its schedule for the next year, 2011.

The most dangerous pay-per-view event in the World Wrestling Entertainment’s (WWE) calendar is finally here!
What a way to end year 2010!
This December 19, 2010 at the Toyota Center on Houston, Texas, USA, the second annual TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs pay-per-view (PPV) event will take place.
The concept of the show will feature match stipulations utilizing tables, ladders and chairs as legal weapons. The event’s concept was voted by fans via WWE’s official website. There are six wrestling matches in the event.
