Feliz Ano Ñuevo 2011

To welcome the New Year 2011, Google has in its homepage today a doodle celebrating the event.

Surrounded by fireworks, the letters OOGL in the logo are replaced by the letters MMXI in gold which of course means 2011 in Roman Numeral form.

If you hover the mouse over the doodle, the words “Happy New Year 2011!” appear. Clicking on it will direct you to the search results page for “New Year’s Day”.

Happy New Year everybody!
