It will be the Steelers versus the Packers for this year’s Super Bowl Sunday!
In the 45th edition of Super Bowl, American Football Conference (AFC) champion Pittsburgh Steelers will face the the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Green Bay Packers in a knockout game to decide who is the National Football League (NFL) champion for the 2010 season.
Super Bowl XLV will be held at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the first time that the Super Bowl will be held in the Dallas–Fort Worth area on on February 6, 2011.
This is the Steelers’ eight Super Bowl appearance (who hold the record with six Super Bowl wins) while it is the fifth for the Packers (who hold the record with 12 overall NFL titles, including three Super Bowl wins and nine league titles prior to the Super Bowl-era).
The Steelers enter the game with a 12-4 record for the 2010 regular season, compared to the Packers’ 10-6 record.
In the playoffs, the Steelers defeated the #6 New York Jets 24–19 in the AFC title game while the Packers the #2 Chicago Bears 21-14 in the NFC championship game to advance to Super Bowl 2011.

The Green Bay Packers won their fourth Super Bowl with a thrilling 31-25 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was the Super Bowl MVP.
