Transformers 3 subtitled Dark of the Moon is the third and final film in the Transformers film series, directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg.

A 35 second trailer for the film was unveiled during the LIVE broadcast of Super Bowl XLV between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers last February 6, 2011 held at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA.

“On 7.1.11, Earth Goes Dark”, it simply says and shows Optimus Prime swinging his swords destroying enemy robots in his path.

If you still haven’t seen it, here’s the first Transformers 3 trailer showing the discovery of a Cybertronian spacecraft on the Moon (that was allegedly kept secret) during the first manned Apollo mission that landed on the moon:

Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon is scheduled for release on July 1, 2011, in Real D 3D, regular 2D theaters and IMAX by Paramount Pictures.
