After being surpassed by Kobe Bryant on the NBA’s All-Time Scoring list yesterday, Moses Malone’s NBA record of 51 consecutive double-doubles since the ABA and NBA merged in 1976 was broken today.
This time, by center Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves who has been grabbing rebounds like a man possessed this season.

With his second free-throw in the second quarter of a 101-87 victory over the Atlanta Hawks today, Kobe Bryant has surpassed Mose Malone’s 27, 409 points to move into 6th place in the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
In the process, The Black Mamba have also surpassed Oscar Robertson, John Havlicek, Hakeem Olajuwon and Elvin Hayes just two months after he entered the top ten in January.
Playing in his 15th season, Kobe currently has amassed 27,423 points.
The truly entertaining countdown now begins as next on the list is former best buddy Shaquille O’Neal currently in 5th spot with 28,590 career points and counting.
If Kobe keeps up on his current pace of 25.1 points per game, he will likely one-up Shaq even more to move to fourth place.
When that happens, he can finally say that he is not lingering in Shaq’s shadow anymore.
The Miami Heat still have no answer for Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls as for the third time this season, they were beaten to give the series sweep to the Bulls.
Rose scored 27 points in his team’s 87-86 win while handing the Heat their fourth consecutive loss. And for the nth time, the Heat’s inability to win in the clutch has the league laughing at them.
It even became more interesting when during the post-game press conference, coach Eric Spoelstra told media,
“This is painful for every single one of us to go through this, there are couple of guys crying in the locker room right now, it is not a matter of want.”
I like zombies. The The Walking Dead TV series engrossed me so much but I could do nothing but wait until October for Season 2.
I was also addicted to the game Plants vs Zombies. But then again, who wasn’t?
It’s a video game where you have to defend your place using many varieties of plants against armies of zombies with just one purpose, to eat your brains.
