FIGHT DETAILS: Roy Jones, Jr. takes on Denis Lebedevl in a Cruiserweight non-title bout.

American Jones (54 wins – 7 losses – 0 draw, 40 KOs) is the only boxer in history to start his career as a junior middleweight, and go on to win a heavyweight title. He is also noted for holding the WBC, WBA, IBF, IBO, NABF, WBF, and IBA light heavyweight championships; a record seven belts at the same time. Jones was named “Fighter of the Decade” for the 1990s by the Boxing Writers Association of America.

In his last fight, he lost to Bernard Hopkins via Unanimous Decision.

Russian Lebedevl (21 wins – 1 loss – 0 draw, 16 KOs) is a former WBO cruiserweight title contender.

FIGHT RESULT: In the 10th and final round of their bout, Lebedev stunned Jones with a straight left, then an overhand right and uppercut appeared to turn the lights off at the 2:50 mark.

Jones laid facedown for roughly 15 seconds until he was turned over. Using smelling salts, ringside officials finally revived Jones after another 30 seconds.
