WWE Over the Limit (2011) Official Results

2011 NBA Draft Lottery Order Results

In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the first pick in the NBA Draft Lottery.

We all know who they picked.

However, after 7 seasons highlighted by a 2007 NBA Finals appearance, Lebron James decided to bring his talents to South Beach in a very controversial announcement on ESPN named, “The Decision”.

Despite owner Dan Gilbert’s claim of winning an NBA championship before the King wins one, the Cavaliers finished the 2010-11 season with the second worst record with 19 wins and 63 losses; giving them the second best chance on the number pick in the NBA Draft lottery with a .199 percentage chance.
