FIGHT DETAILS: Demian Maia faces Mark Muñoz Kenny Florian in a title-eliminator bout for the UFC Middleweightweight championship.

Brazilian Maia (14 wins – 2 losses, 2 KOs/8 submissions) is currently ranked the #6 middleweight in the world by Sherdog and Yahoo! Sports.

In his last fight at the The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale, he defeated Kendall Grove via Unanimous Decision.

Filipino-American Muñoz (10 wins – 2 losses, 5 KOs/1 submission) captured two Big 12 titles and earned back-to-back All-America honors at 197 pounds, including his NCAA title as a senior in 2001 as a collegian.

FIGHT RESULT: Muñoz defeated Maia via unanimous decision (29–28, 29–28, 30–27).
