From DC Comics who brought us Superman and Batman comes The Green Lantern.
There are actually many Green Lanterns who made up the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps. But the movie will focus on the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan.
Green Lantern stars Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, Blake Lively as Carol Ferris, Peter Sarsgaard as Dr. Hector Hammond and Mark Strong as Thaal Sinestro.

As WWE’s 2011 June pay-per-view (PPV) event, WWE Capitol Punishment replaced the 2010 WWE Fatal 4-Way themed event.
Promotion towards this event was centered around the setting for the PPV, that being the United States capital, Washington, D.C.
Just by looking at the event poster however, Capitol Punishment is bound to be controversial.
US President Barack Obama is acting as a referee in a confrontation between WWE Superstars John Cena and Rey Mysterio.
The main event is between John Cena and R-Truth for the WWE Championship.
It is scheduled take place on June 19, 2011 at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

After his team’s collapse in the 2006 NBA Finals, the criticisms for Dirk Nowitzki started coming.
He is not a leader, he is a choker, he is soft, he lacks killer instinct, he is not a winner.
His teams have no difficulty making the NBA Playoffs, yet always crash suffering from early First Round exits three out of the next four seasons after their first Finals appearance.
He is the best European player in NBA history having won the NBA Most Valuable Player Award in 2007, yet, he has no title to validate that.
Coming into this NBA Playoffs, the so-called “experts” are quick to claim another First Round exit for the Mavericks. But Nowitzki and his teammates proved their mettle by winning Game 6 on the road to take the series against the Portland Trailblazers.
