Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon is the third movie in the Autobots vs Decepticons eons-long saga.

While most of the Decepticons from Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen have returned and retained their appearance, some have undergone some changes as well.

Here is the list of Decepticons robots that appear in the movie Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon that was shown starting June 29, 2011.

Megatron – the leader of the Decepticons. He has changed his vehicle mode to an armored rusty Mack Titan 10-wheeler fuel tank truck equipped with heavy weaponry. Due to the events from the last film, Megatron sometimes hides half of his face by using a cowl.

Shockwave – Like his original appearance, Shockwave is purple, his head features a single eye, and has a gun in place of one of his hands, with a tube connecting it to his body. He commands a worm-like Cybertronian creature that is used for drilling purposes. Alternate mode is a Cybertronian self propelled cannon.

Starscream – the air commandeer. Alternate mode is an F-22 Raptor.

Soundwave - the communication officer. Alternate mode is a silver Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

Laserbeak – Soundwave’s minion that resembles a mechanical condor and transforms into a Gyrodyne and a variety of electronic devices, such as a desktop computer, and an audio system and even a pink version of Bumblebee.

Igor -  a deformed Decepticon “hatchling” that scurries about Megatron at his base in Africa.

Barricade – a a hunter/scout. Alternate mode is a Saleen S281E police car.

The Dreads – a group of Decepticons who follow the Autobots back from the moon and turn into Chevrolet Suburban emergency vehicles. The Wreckers are:

Crankcase – the leader of the Dreads.

Crowbar – infiltrates and observes Autobot tactical movements with unmatched stealth and intellect. Alternate mode is a Carbon Motors E7 police car.

Hatchet – has an animal-like robot mode. Alternate mode is a Eurofighter Typhoon.
