Lightweight bout: Dennis Siver vs. Matt Wiman – Siver defeated Wiman via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28).

Lightweight bout: Melvin Guillard vs. Shane Roller - Guillard defeated Roller via KO (punches) at 2:12 of round 1.
