Miss Universe Colombia Catalina Robayo is under fire for going commando during a public rehearsal for the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant which will held in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011.

Robayo apparently did not wear any panties which was exposed to be true when Brazilian newspaper Agora published photos of her wearing a mini-skirt and exposing some flesh when she was seated.

She was eventually reprimanded and told,

“She needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate. People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out.”

Miss Universe 2011, the 60th anniversary of the Miss Universe pageant, will be held at the Credicard Hall, in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011.

Miss Colombia Catalina Robayo is one of 86 contestants vying for the crown.
