Japanese Gomi (32 wins – 7 losses, 12 KOs/6 submissions) is a former Shooto Welterweight Champion and was the last and only Pride Lightweight Champion. During his time in Pride he was considered to be the top Lightweight fighter in the world. Gomi is one of the few fighters that have never been knocked out.

FIGHT RESULT: Diaz defeated Gomi via submission (armbar) at 4:27 of round 1.
