What’s wrong with the world today?

In Foshan, Guangdong Province of China, a CCTV camera captured a two-year old girl victim of a hit-and-run accident.

Afterwards, passersby who saw her lying on the road just ignored her.

Not one, but eighteen people bothered to help her.

This happened for seven minutes as the girl lay bloodied before a Good Samaritan came – an old woman trash collector who carried her to the side before calling for help.
