The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards or Grammys, the most prestigious award in the music industry took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, USA last February 13, 2011.

A total of 109 awards was presented at the Grammy Awards with Barbra Streisand being honored as the MusiCares Person of the Year two nights prior to the telecast on February 11.
