SWV (an acronym for Sisters With Voices) is an American female R&B/pop trio from New York. The group is composed of Cheryl Gamble, Tamara Johnson and Leanne Lyons (the group’s founder).
In the early 90’s, SWV had a series of hits and were even nominated for the Best New Artist category of the Grammy Awards in 1994. They disbanded in 1999 to pursue solo projects.

Thanks to the power of the Internet, a video posted on YouTube of 62-year-old activist “General” Larry Platt singing his own original song during the Atlanta auditions for the ninth season of American Idol paved the way for his song to become an overnight success.
The song’s title is “Pants on the Ground” and in the days that followed the January 13 airing of American Idol, several celebrities performed the song including Jimmy Fallon impersonating Neil Young on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Brett Favre singing it in the locker room after beating the Dallas Cowboys in the playoffs.
Actually, luma na ang kanta ng Kamikazee na “Narda”. Noong 2005 pa ito narelease galing sa album nila na “Maharot”. Iyon din ang time na ipinalabas ang teleserye na Darna sa GMA 7 na pinagbibidahan ni Angel Locsin.
Ngunit dahil may bago na namang Darna sa katauhan ni Marian Rivera na kasalukuyang ipinapalabas sa Kapuso Network, at nagkataong ang kantang Narda ang theme song ng teleserye, muli na namang nagbabalik ang tanong, “Bastos nga ba iyon?”
