After his successful UFC debut, one in which Kevin Ferguson, more famously known as Kimbo Slice showed his improvement in the ground game, he is back still raring to prove to doubters that he belongs in the UFC.

In his first fight inside the Octagon with Houston Alexander in the The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights finale, fans were surprised at how he added some wrestling to his brawler-type fighting style slamming Alexander with a back suplex in the 2nd Round. He won via Unanimous Decision and failed to knock-out Alexander but that’s because “The Assassin” was just contented of circling Kimbo.

Fellow TUF 10 alumnus Matt Mitrione (1 win-0 loss) is looking to foil that plan. Nicknamed as “Meathead” by his coach Rashad Evans, Mitrione knocked-out fan favorite Marcus Jones in the 2nd Round of their encounter.

At UFC 104, Machida and Rua engaged in a tactical fight where the former won via Unanimous Decision. Many thought the latter deserved the win as he was able to neutralize Machida’s counters and did damage with his own leg kicks. Shogun also exposed The Dragon’s vulnerability in that fight.
