Rin On The Rox

Rin on the Rox | Pinoy YouTube Sensation is Back!

Category: Entertainment

After being invited to perform for the Ellen Degeneres Show on February 3, 2009, the original YouTube account of Erin and Roxanne who are popularly known as Rin on the Rox was taken down by YouTube.

Posted on their MySpace account was this unedited message:

Our YouTube has been PERMANENTLY DISABLED! We do not know exact details or the reason for the suspension of our account, but usually when accounts are terminated, it is due to copyright infringing. We weren’t even notified before the deletion of our videos and account. We do not understand why they have suspended OUR account because of terms of violation when a great percentage of YouTube users do not have copyright permission either. We are thinking that all of the fame we have gained from just singing on YouTube has forced them to act against us. We are deeply saddened by this whole situation, for YouTube is what started it all for us as far as music and singing goes and was also a way to communicate to our fans all over the world. Rin on the Rox will not end because YouTube is gone. We will have an original song up soon, and hopefully even a single. Our website is in the making and we will also be having more Rin on the Rox merchandise for sale soon. Please continue to support us throughout this whole ordeal. We are alive through you, our fans so please, please keep supporting.
