And somehow, those pictures got leaked and posted online for all the world to see.

Add another celebrity to that list, from the world of sports: Greg Oden.

In a report by CNN, the man who allegedly secretly videotaped ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews through a peephole in her hotel room was arrested by FBI authorities at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport on Friday night as he arrived on a flight from Buffalo, New York, USA.

The man is 48-year-old Michael David Barrett.

He took the Erin Andrews peephole video through a modified door peephole while the 31-year-old Andrews was alone and undressed in hotel rooms in Nashville, Tennessee, in September 2008. Investigators said the eighth video was likely taken at another hotel, which Andrews couldn’t identify. Barrett apparently called many hotels to find out where Andrews was staying and requested a hotel room next to hers.

Smart.

ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) is a community-based organization that advocates for low- and moderate-income families by working on neighborhood safety, voter registration, health care, affordable housing, and other social issues. During the 2008 presidential campaign, the group supported Barack Obama but was accused of “massive voter fraud”. In return, Obama paid-off ACORN with $5.2 billion from its stimulus bill.

The hoopla behind that is not yet cleared and yet again, another controversy is rocking the organization: the Acorn Prostitute Scandal.

On July 16, 2009, an Erin Andrews peephole video was posted on the web site NSFWPOA.com although the woman  in it was only described as “Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room”.

In the video, the woman is seen primping her hair and putting on her makeup while walking around her hotel room naked.

The very next day, ESPN identified the girl as their sportscaster Erin Andrews and their lawyers sent this letter to the web site owners:

I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman . . . These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.
