Yahoo! Answers is an online community managed by Yahoo! where users can both answer and submit questions on unlimited range of topics. It is one of the most popular Internet reference site aside from Wikipedia.
Google has featured today in its homepage a doodle of a bald man with a moustache.
That man is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi who is celebrating is 140th birth anniversary. He was born on October 2, 1869 at Porbandar, a coastal town in present-day Gujarat, India.
He is officially honored as the “Father of the Indian Nation”. He is popularly known as Mahatma meaning, “great soul”.
When I first saw the new Axe commercial on TV, I thought the pretty chick featured on it is Filipina. She looks like Iya Villania – Angel Locsin – Gladys Reyes rolled into one.
A little Google search pointed out her name as Asmirandah Zantman, an Indonesian. She has a Wikipedia entry too but I can’t understand Bahasa Indonesia.
All know is that this chick’s hot. If I was the guy in the commercial, she need not tease me to call her.
Digg is a social news website made for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the Internet, by submitting links and stories, and voting and commenting on submitted links and stories. Voting stories up and down is the site’s cornerstone function, respectively called digging and burying. Many stories get submitted every day, but only the most Dugg stories appear on the front page. The UFO is back at Google’s homepage!
This time, it brought an army flying all over a landscape with tripods walking around. One tripod is even seen abducting a cow while people where running around. Click on the image to see a clearer picture.
I have never heard of Guy Dupuy except today. A quick scan at Wikipedia returns nothing.
But due to an amazing dunk he was able to perform at the London’s Nike Midnight Madness, Guy Dupuy has become a phenomenon. To basketball fanatics at least.
Here’s the video of his between-the-legs, off-the-bounce dunk he performed over somebody. What’s more amazing is the guy is only 6’3″.
